ESTATE ADMINISTRATION
Many family law matters do not require the assistance of the courts and can be resolved by direct dialogue. In this regard, we are happy to advise you and represent you in the negotiation and drafting of a separation agreement or other domestic contract. If possible and appropriate, we strive to reduce conflict and tensions, and reach a quick and satisfactory resolution of the issues. If, however, the issues cannot be resolved by direct dialogue and negotiation, we are equally capable and prepared to pursue your interests in court.
